The project team comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of the chemical industry and the business characteristics of Transhua Chemical Group, and carried out targeted scheme design innovation in supplier access, price, delivery collaboration, sourcing mode and reconciliation. In terms of technological innovation, the system deployment adopts a localized deployment method to achieve centralized management, business handling and information sharing through the network. The system software includes an internal task exchange center and multi-level organizational structure management, which can realize the logical separation of multiple units and the physical centralized deployment.

This project has realized more than 30 core business processes in the supply chain, covering more than 40 first-level enterprises of Transhua Chemical Group, hundreds of internal procurement users and more than 2,600 supplier partners working collaboratively online. The end-to-end comprehensive integration of multiple systems, including digital procurement platform, BPM and ERP, truly realizes the digital interconnection of multi-role internal and external business personnel. The overall collaboration efficiency of the supply chain has increased by 30%, and the rapid response rate of supplier collaborative quotations has increased by 10%.
